- After screening candidates, we prepare written candidate assessments for qualified candidates and provide the assessments to our clients. We coordinate and assist in the subsequent interviews, and provide feedback and observations at every step of the interview process.
- When the client expresses interest in a candidate, we conduct meticulous reference and employment history checks. We have decades of experience skillfully interviewing former employers and coworkers and assessing the nuances of the information they provide. We then develop in-depth reports for our clients.

- After a candidate accepts our client's offer, we will assist the candidate in resigning from their previous position. This can be a precarious time, as top financial talent is valuable, and frequently the previous employer will make counteroffers and appeals to the candidate’s loyalty. We counter these issues and reaffirm the candidate’s decision.
- When the candidate assumes their new position, we maintain frequent periodic contact with the candidate for 180 days. We assure a smooth transition and facilitate the communication of any potential concerns before they develop into problems.
