Stephen’s reputation grew, and TouchStone flourished, with a client list that included the top life science corporations in eight countries.
Concurrent with his consulting practice, Stephen founded SunStone Corporation—a software development company. Working with a remarkable team of programmers and the world’s top two accounting and financial services firms, he designed and developed a simplified graphical user interface that integrated and simultaneously operated the most widely used professional corporate accounting, business management, and business intelligence software programs. After numerous offers from private equity, institutional investors, and Fortune 500 companies, Stephen sold the copyrights to NCR Corporation in an advantageous cash-out.
