After screening candidates,we prepare written candidate assessments for qualified candidates and provide the assessments to our clients. When the candidate assumes their new position, we maintain frequent periodic contact with the candidate for 180 days. We assure a smooth transition and facilitate the communication of any potential concerns before they develop into problems.
